Terms of use
The rules for using Whisflo.
These terms set expectations for educational use, accounts, paid access, local recordings, content rights, availability, and responsible use of the service.
Clearer guidance. 12-hole C chromatic harmonica
Using Whisflo means accepting these terms.
Whisflo provides browser-based chromatic harmonica learning content, practice tools, account features, and optional paid access. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service or purchase access.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Whisflo for a child or student, you are responsible for supervising that use and the relevant device permissions.
Whisflo is a practice aid.
Lessons, fingering references, pitch feedback, timing tools, scores, and suggestions are provided for educational practice. They do not guarantee a particular musical result and do not replace an in-person teacher, instrument technician, hearing professional, or medical professional.
Stop playing and seek appropriate professional advice if practice causes pain, dizziness, hearing discomfort, breathing difficulty, or another health concern.
Accounts and acceptable use.
- Provide an email address you are authorised to use and keep access to your sign-in method secure.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, payment checks, or account security.
- Do not disrupt the service, probe it without authorisation, distribute malware, or use automated traffic that materially harms availability.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or sensitive personal information through contact and feedback forms.
- Do not falsely imply that Whisflo endorses, certifies, or is affiliated with another product, teacher, school, manufacturer, or organisation.
Membership and payments.
Current paid plans are described on the pricing and checkout pages. Stripe processes payment information and may provide invoices, receipts, and billing portal access. Prices, currency, included features, and the payment model shown at checkout control the purchase.
A lifetime plan means access for the lifetime of the Whisflo service, not the lifetime of a person or a guarantee that every current feature will remain unchanged. Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and statutory rights are handled according to the checkout terms and applicable law.
Content and intellectual property.
Whisflo owns or licenses the site design, original explanations, software, diagrams, and other product material unless a page states otherwise. Third-party music, names, trademarks, documentation, and linked resources remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use Whisflo for personal learning and ordinary classroom reference. You may not republish substantial site content, resell access, copy protected practice tools, or remove source notices unless a specific asset or licence expressly permits that use.
Availability, changes, and liability.
Whisflo may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, accuracy, performance, legal compliance, or product viability. The service is provided on an as-available basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every browser, device, microphone, or harmonica.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Whisflo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, loss of local recordings, reliance on educational material, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Questions and changes to these terms.
These terms may be updated as the product, payment model, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page identifies the current version.
Questions about access, billing, content use, or these terms can be sent to hello@whisflo.com.
